- Aadhar Card
- Bank Pass Book (with photo)

- Letter from a reputed firm with address

Minor Child Passport (Below 18 Years)
- Birth Certificate or School Leaving Certificate
- Parents' original passports (both)

Govt. fee (below 18 years): Rs. 1,000/-

ECNR Clearance (Emigration Check Not Required)
- SSC marksheet and School Leaving / School ID Card, OR
- 12th marksheet and College Leaving / College ID Card, OR
- Convocation Certificate and final-year marksheet (for graduates)
Govt. fee: Rs. 1,500/-
Every applicant must personally visit the Regional Passport Office for biometrics and photo with original documents. Indian passports are issued only by the Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India.
